Ce projet rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re, puisqu\u2019un partenariat a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place entre l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine (CREM) et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Luxembourg (the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning-IPSE).<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019objectif du programme est la mise en r\u00e9seau d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs r\u00e9gionaux sur un territoire sp\u00e9cifique, afin d\u2019assurer une visibilit\u00e9 nationale et transfrontali\u00e8re de la Lorraine sur les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au livre, <em>via<\/em> la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une cartographie litt\u00e9raire du territoire, \u00e0 vocation culturelle et touristique, construite autour de 3 p\u00f4les\u00a0: vie litt\u00e9raire, cr\u00e9ation et patrimoine. Le projet repose notamment sur un volet num\u00e9rique avec la mise en place d\u2019un site web (<a href=\"http:\/\/lalorrainedesecrivains.univ-lorraine.fr\">http:\/\/lalorrainedesecrivains.univ-lorraine.fr<\/a>) proposant un panorama litt\u00e9raire de la Lorraine qui inclut un recensement g\u00e9olocalis\u00e9 (d\u2019auteurs, d\u2019\u0153uvres, de manifestations\u2026) et une approche des activit\u00e9s de m\u00e9diation autour des \u00e9crivains et de la litt\u00e9rature (base de donn\u00e9es, entretiens, enqu\u00eates, articles scientifiques\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, pour l\u2019\u00e9dition 2017, <strong>au-del\u00e0 du cas lorrain<\/strong>, \u00e0 partir d\u2019un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre g\u00e9ographique d\u00e9fini au sein de l\u2019espace francophone, la manifestation permettra de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 plusieurs questions\u00a0: quelles sont les m\u00e9diations possibles entre litt\u00e9rature et territoire en fonction \u00e0 la fois des cr\u00e9ateurs, des m\u00e9diateurs (politiques en charge de la culture, directeurs d\u2019\u00e9tablissements culturels, organismes de soutien \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation\u2026) et des publics ? Comment la cr\u00e9ation, tout comme le patrimoine litt\u00e9raire, permettent de repenser et de dynamiser le territoire ? En somme, la litt\u00e9rature, sous ses diff\u00e9rentes formes, \u00e0 travers des lieux, des dispositifs, des acteurs, peut-elle constituer un vecteur de d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Ce colloque privil\u00e9giera donc la probl\u00e9matique de la construction des liens entre territoire, espace, litt\u00e9rature et m\u00e9diations autour de trois axes\u00a0:[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;3774&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1) <\/strong><strong>Lieux, espaces et litt\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Du paysage (Besse, 2000) \u00e0 la ville (L\u00e9vy, 2006\u00a0; Gr\u00e9sillon, 2008), \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0topophilie\u00a0\u00bb (Tuan, 1974), \u00e0 l\u2019atlas (Moretti, 2000), au d\u00e9paysement (Bailly, 2011), \u00e0 la promenade (Montandon, 2000) ou encore aux hyper-lieux (Lussault M., 2016), il s\u2019agira d\u2019examiner comment \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019espace v\u00e9cu\u00a0\u00bb, imagin\u00e9 par le biais de la litt\u00e9rature et de ses m\u00e9diations permet de d\u00e9chiffrer le sens des lieux et constitue des modes d\u2019acc\u00e8s au monde.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2) L\u2019<\/strong><strong>attractivit\u00e9 territoriale et touristique de la litt\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est de s\u2019interroger sur la fa\u00e7on dont la litt\u00e9rature et la vie litt\u00e9raire, \u00e0 travers leurs aspects mat\u00e9riels (les \u0153uvres, les maisons d\u2019\u00e9crivains, les festivals, les prix\u2026) et immat\u00e9riels (les paysages litt\u00e9raires, l\u2019imaginaire des lieux\u2026) peut constituer une ressource sp\u00e9cifique (Gumuchian et Pecqueur, 2007), permettant de saisir les relations qui se nouent entre cr\u00e9ation et territoires (Fournier, 2016).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) <\/strong><strong>De la m\u00e9diation \u00e0 la m\u00e9diatisation (\u00e9crivains, institutions, publics)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, il sera int\u00e9ressant de proposer des analyses sur la question de la visibilit\u00e9 (Heinich, 2012) des auteurs sur le territoire, en examinant notamment les multiples formes d\u2019intervention, de pr\u00e9sence, des \u00e9crivains (r\u00e9sidence d\u2019auteurs, performance, ateliers d\u2019\u00e9criture\u2026) sur la sc\u00e8ne m\u00e9diatique (Meizoz, 2016). This project relies on a cross-border cooperation, based on a partnership between the University of Lorraine (CREM) and the University of Luxembourg (the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the program is to network regional operators in a specific territory in order to ensure a national and cross-border visibility of Lorraine on book-related activities, through the creation of a literary cartography of the territory, with a cultural and tourist vocation, built around three dimensions: literary life, creation and heritage. The project has a specific digital focus with the creation of a website (<a href=\"http:\/\/lalorrainedesecrivains.univ-lorraine.fr\">http:\/\/lalorrainedesecrivains.univ-lorraine.fr<\/a>) which offers a database, a literary panorama of Lorraine including a geolocalized survey of authors, works and events and covers the various mediations dealing with writers and literature (database, interviews, surveys, scientific articles &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>The 2017 edition of the conference intends to go beyond the Lorraine region to consider other French-speaking territories. This change in focus offers a different context for several questions: how do creators, mediators (cultural policy officials, cultural institutions, art-supporting organizations), and audiences inform the types of mediation that exist between literature and territory? How can literary creation, or heritage, make it possible to rethink and energize the territory? In short, can literature, in its various forms, through places, devices, actors, constitute a vector of development?<\/p>\n<p>This conference will therefore focus on the articulation of territory, space, literature and mediation. Both their material (works, writers\u2019 houses, festivals, awards\u2026) and immaterial (literary landscapes, places and their representations) dimensions will be considered here.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) From mediation to mediatization (writers, institutions, audiences)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lastly, it will be interesting to investigate the visibility (Heinich, 2012) of authors on a territory, through the multiple forms of intervention, and presence of thewriters (authors residence, performance, writing workshops&#8230;) in the medias (Meizoz, 2016). Outre leur grande plasticit\u00e9, elles visent \u00e0 donner \u00e0 un artiste (chor\u00e9graphe, musicien, plasticien\u2026) ou \u00e0 un \u00e9crivain les conditions techniques et financi\u00e8res pour concevoir, \u00e9crire, achever, produire une oeuvre nouvelle, en menant ou non des actions de m\u00e9diation. Elles posent aussi la question de la place de l\u2019artiste au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, dans un tournant actuel des politiques culturelles o\u00f9 les moyens affect\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation sont diminu\u00e9s, ce qui affecte en priorit\u00e9 les professionnels les plus fragiles en raison de leur statut.<\/p>\n<p>Ce num\u00e9ro de <i>Culture &amp; Mus\u00e9es <\/i>a pour ambition d\u2019analyser le dispositif \u00ab r\u00e9sidence \u00bb et ses diff\u00e9rentes configurations, qui recouvrent, depuis son institutionnalisation au cours des ann\u00e9es 1980, des formes et des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s extr\u00eamement vari\u00e9es en fonction des projets, des structures et des politiques culturelles mises en place. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019examiner les r\u00e9sidences en tant que dispositif de production d\u2019une oeuvre originale, d\u2019une part, de communication et de m\u00e9diation, d\u2019autre part, permettant des transactions diverses et vari\u00e9es entre \u00e9crivains, artistes, collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, op\u00e9rateurs culturels et publics. Ce dispositif appara\u00eet comme une entit\u00e9 hybride dans la mesure o\u00f9, de plus en plus fr\u00e9quemment, on constate une injonction politique \u00e0 combiner deux dimensions : cr\u00e9ation artistique ou litt\u00e9raire et activit\u00e9s de m\u00e9diation. Faute d\u2019un statut, d\u2019une d\u00e9finition \u00e9tablie, il est de nature polymorphe, marqu\u00e9 par une grande h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 (r\u00e9sidence individuelle ou collective, p\u00e9renne ou \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re, fixe ou itin\u00e9rante, etc.) et une dispersion des offres dans les territoires. En outre, il se construit \u00e0 partir d\u2019une combinatoire de cat\u00e9gories normalis\u00e9es mais fluctuantes et tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9es : un lieu, une temporalit\u00e9, une structure d\u2019accueil, des types de financements, un projet de cr\u00e9ation et, enfin, un projet de m\u00e9diation culturelle qui pr\u00e9voit un ensemble d\u2019activit\u00e9s destin\u00e9es aux publics autour de l\u2019artiste ou de l\u2019auteur.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les formes historiques et actuelles des r\u00e9sidences artistiques ? Quels sont les enjeux de ces dispositifs ? Quelles repr\u00e9sentations de l\u2019\u00e9crivain et de l\u2019artiste sont convoqu\u00e9es ? Les r\u00e9sidences rendent-elles visible le travail de cr\u00e9ation comme processus litt\u00e9raire en permettant aux<\/p>\n<p>publics d\u2019approcher l\u2019oeuvre comme le produit d\u2019une \u00e9laboration artistique ? Quels sont les enjeux artistiques et culturels du dispositif r\u00e9sidentiel ? Voit-on \u00e9merger de nouvelles formes faisant appel aux technologies et aux environnements num\u00e9riques ?<\/p>\n<p><b>Interroger les cat\u00e9gories d\u2019acteurs : \u00e9crivains, artistes, institutions, publics\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En tant que dispositif, proc\u00e9dant d\u2019une demande sociale et politique qui \u00e9mane tr\u00e8s souvent des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales ou de l\u2019institution scolaire, les r\u00e9sidences apparaissent comme des lieux de mise en relation. En effet, le dispositif d\u2019accueil peut mobiliser diff\u00e9rents acteurs de la cha\u00eene du livre, les acteurs culturels et associatifs du territoire concern\u00e9, qui s\u2019envisage \u00e0 la fois sous le prisme des publics et des financements. L\u2019\u00e9crivain, l\u2019artiste n\u2019apparaissent plus comme les seuls b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du dispositif, mais peuvent entrer dans une logique de coproduction symbolique, notamment lorsqu\u2019il y a une commande ou la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une oeuvre en lien \u00e9troit avec une dimension territoriale. This is a continuity of the colloquiums initiated by CELTED and by the CREM that have been dedicated to the playwright Bernard-Marie Kolt\u00e8s of Metz, one of the most played French playwrights in the world. As a result of this, the plays by Kolt\u00e8s were edited under Andr\u00e9 Petitjean\u2019s direction such as: la question du lieu (2001), Textes et contextes (2011), Les registres d\u2019un style (2014) and Violences et d\u00e9sirs chez Kolt\u00e8s, and Dans le th\u00e9\u00e2tre contemporain under the direction of Raymond Michel and Andr\u00e9 Petitjean. For example, literary studies borrowed concepts from geography such as territory, landscape through literary representations of space and possible mediations between real and perceived constructed spaces, imagined by writers. In terms of a research field and creation founded by K. White, geo-poetry integrated a nomadic approach by favouring the journey through a writing done in space and based on the sensory relationship between places and the transgression of geographical and disciplinary borders. This space approach in literature is equally at the heart of the thoughts of Mr. Collot who identifies \u201cgeo-poetry\u201d as a science by studying \u201cthe relationship between space and forms and literary genres\u201d in expressing a \u201cpoetry\u201d (\u201ca study of literary forms that shape the image of places\u201d and a \u201cpoetry\u201d (\u201ca reflection on the links that unite literary creation with space\u201d). At the same time, B. Westphal created the concept of geocritics that aims at expressing literature around its relations with space by promoting \u201ca poetry in which the object would not be a study of the representations of space in literature but rather interactions between human spaces and literature\u201d. Rabelais, J.B. Bossuet, E. du Ch\u00e2telet, P. Verlaine, B.M. Kolt\u00e8s, P. Claudel, V. Despentes, etc.) based on 3 poles: literary life, creation and heritage. The project is made up of two sections: a digital section with the creation of a website proposing a database, a literary panorama of Lorraine including a geolocation-based census (of authors, literary works, events) and an editorial section (literary guide, anthology\u2026). The digital section will not be limited to a presentation of literary extracts as that of the geoculture\u2019s website \u201cFrance as seen by writers\u201d, but will rather propose to the public mediation activities on writers and literature from the territory of Lorraine under multiple formats (database, interviews, surveys, scientific articles, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Actually, if the basis is on a defined geographical scope, what are the possible mediations between literature and territory according to creators, as well as mediators (politicians in charge of culture, directors of cultural institutions, or creation support bodies) and cultural audiences? How can the creation and the literary heritage, through mediations, make it possible to rethink and revitalize the area? In short, can literature, in its various forms, through places, devices, actors, as well as its links with creativity, be beneficial for the growth and the image of Lorraine?<\/p>\n<h2>THE EVENT SCHEDULE WILL THEREFORE BE ON THE CREATION\/TERRITORY RELATIONSHIP SEEN THROUGH 3 ANGLES OF REFLECTION:<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>1) LORRAINE WRITERS: A MAPPING AND HISTORICAL APPROACH<\/h2>\n<p>Here, we will focus on the study of the writers that are within the defined territorial space in order to offer the general public a trans-historical view of Lorraine authors (from the 16th to the 21st century) and their works. The project involves all types of literary authors publishing for publishers who were born or lived in Lorraine (including authors for children, of comics, German-speaking Lorraine authors, etc.). All literary genres, for adults or for children, and literary movements should be represented. Literary journalists or political essayists are not included unless they have written a literary work. Authors who haven\u2019t been influenced somehow by their origin or their (sufficient) stay in Lorraine are excluded as well. Contributions will explore the creative universe of an author, his\/her links to places, the interaction between space and literature.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>2) LITERARY CREATION AND TERRITORY<\/h2>\n<p>It should be noted that the concept of territory is particularly polysemous, vague and imprecise, and sometimes results in misunderstandings and\u00a0ambiguities. The word territory, as a synonym of place, also refers to all matters relating to space, that is to say a place with an owner and an individual or collective identity support stemming from the essential links between societies and spaces. In addition, the territory is an emotional and cultural investment that societies associate with their living space.<br \/>\nConsequently, the territory will discover itself, defend itself, invent and reinvent itself, in connection with identity from a creative and institutional point of view.<br \/>\nIndeed, from a literary point of view, geocriticism arises from this capacity to view connections between literature and human spaces from a dynamic and flexible perspective, by attempting to comprehend the interaction between real space and literary representations of space. In other words, the communication lines between the real and the fictional interacting with one another. According to B. Westphal, this is therefore a matter of \u201cdetermining the literary dimension of the places, and drawing up a fictional map of human spaces.\u201d What are the writing strategies that allow the author to inhabit the space? What are the interactions between real places and imaginary spaces? Then, from an institutional point of view, starting from the premise that the authors\u2019 interventions represent a new challenge in the public space in order to review the connections between book and territory, it will be relevant to study cultural policies that seek to understand the place of the writer in Lorraine, such as the author\u2019s residence or the \u201cAssociated Authors\u201d device. How do these tools seek to make the\u00a0work of creation visible as a literary process by allowing the audience to think of the work as the product of an artistic elaboration? What players of books in Lorraine are requested? Therefore, the objective is to show how literary heritage, being an identification and appropriation space, proves to be a particularly interesting resource for Lorraine\u2019s territorial and cultural development.
